The Miss Red River Valley Outstanding Teen Program is the “Little Sister” program to Miss Moorhead. The lucky young woman crowned Miss Red River Valley Outstanding Teen will compete for
Miss Minnesota Outstanding Teen in 2012.
She will be awarded a $500 Scholarship, Miss Minnesota entry fee, the “Official” Miss America Outstanding Teen Local Crown & Sash, and the opportunity to promote her platform throughout the Red River Valley.
Age & Resident Eligibility for
Miss Red River Valley Outstanding Teen contestants are:
You MUST be a Legal Minnesota Resident
You MUST be a Legal U.S. Resident
You MUST be twelve (12) years of age by September 1st, 2011
You MUST NOT be seventeen (17) years of age by September 1st, 2011
The program is a four phase competition;
Private Interview, Talent, Active Wear, and
Evening Gown/ On-stage question.
